With an extensive background in property and finance, James joined the company in 2018 on a short term basis to improve efficiency and share his experience with the team. He was convinced to stay with the company and took on the role of Operations Manager in order to manage the office, fine tune business processes and grow the business. He has helped the company maintain our status as the number 1 selling agent in Lowestoft, while continuing to improve the experience of our clients.
