Since then, he has grown the business into one of Lowestoft’s leading estate agencies, building a reputation for outstanding results and a fresh, proactive approach to selling property.

Passionate about staying ahead of the ever changing property market, Paul has always embraced innovative marketing and sales techniques to ensure every property receives the attention it deserves.

As the founder of the business, Paul has built a highly experienced team of dedicated sales and lettings professionals across Suffolk, helping establish the company as a leading name in the local property market and achieving record breaking sales in Lowestoft year after year.

Away from the office, Paul is a keen football enthusiast and loyal Leicester City FC supporter! So, if you’re a fellow football fan, he’s always happy to talk all things football as well as property!

Scot has over 20 years’ experience as an estate agent and has been a qualified member of the regulatory body for sales for the majority of this time. Before working for Paul Hubbard, Scot has worked as an office manager at regional estate agencies with branches located in Norfolk and Suffolk. His in-depth knowledge of the East Anglian region combined with his understanding of ever changing capital market conditions, give him a unique understanding of both the local and national market.

Scot is a passionate, family man with four beautiful children and he enjoys a game of golf when he gets time off from his ever busy family life. As well as golf, Scot enjoys running, circuit fit, is a passionate chef and foody. Scot is always embarking upon a new challenges such as circus school and has recently been challenging himself on various physical endeavours – check him out on our social media raising the Paul Hubbard flag in places such as the summit of Ben Nevis!

With over 15 years of experience in the property industry, Simone is our Senior Valuer, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. Her strong work ethic and commitment ensure that clients receive the highest level of professional advice, particularly when it comes to property valuations, where she consistently delivers accurate and reliable insights. Outside of the office, Simone is passionate about fitness and can often be found in the gym. She also enjoys spending quality time with her family, including her husband, Gary, and their children, Charlie, Jasper, and Faith.

Joey joined our team in 2022, initially taking on the role of Sales Negotiator, where he quickly developed his knowledge of the property market and gained valuable experience working closely with buyers and sellers.

Through his hard work, dedication and passion for the industry, Joey has progressed into his current role as Property Valuer. He takes pride in providing honest, professional advice and delivering accurate valuations, always going the extra mile to ensure clients receive the best possible service.

Louisa joined us in 2024 as a Sales Negotiator after spending a year travelling across Asia. With a passion for helping clients achieve their dream moves, Louisa brings a personal touch to every step of the moving process, ensuring each client feels supported and valued throughout their journey. Outside of work, Louisa has a keen interest in travelling and spending time with her dogs Timmy and Edmundo along with making the most of her time with those closest to her.

Lizzie joined us as a Sales Negotiator, bringing a strong set of interpersonal skills from outside the property industry. Her ability to connect with clients and her dedication to delivering excellent service quickly saw her progress to Senior Sales Negotiator. After taking a short break to spend quality time with her son, Solly, we were thrilled when Lizzie agreed to rejoin the company in 2024 to assist with the after sales department. With a passion for travel and dance, Lizzie has explored the world while pursuing her love for dancing. Outside of work, she enjoys making lasting memories with her son, Solly, cherishing every moment they share together.

Rachel began her journey with us as a Sales Negotiator, quickly progressing to Sales Manager before eventually bringing her experience and knowledge into the world of property marketing.

With a wealth of experience in property sales and a real creative flair, Rachel has a fantastic understanding of what makes a property stand out. She uses this knowledge to create eye catching marketing campaigns and engaging property adverts, ensuring every home is showcased to its full potential.

Outside of work, Rachel loves travelling and exploring new destinations. However, she’s currently preparing for her biggest adventure yet, as she’s soon to become a first time mum! An exciting new chapter awaits!

Bethany originally joined the business as part of our lettings team, working as a Property Manager. After taking a short break, she returned to the company and brought her creative talents and eye for detail into our marketing department.

Since rejoining the team, Bethany has continued to grow within the business and has now progressed to Marketing Manager, sharing the responsibility of leading our marketing department alongside Rachel when she returns.

With a natural flair for visual design and creativity, Bethany plays an important role in ensuring our properties are presented to the highest standard, creating eye catching listings and engaging marketing content that helps every home stand out.

Away from work, Bethany runs her own henna tattoo business, putting her artistic talents to good use! She also loves spending quality time with her family and their two sausage dogs.

Alice joined our team in 2026, bringing a background in agricultural sales and retail. Passionate about social media, Alice plays a key role in creating engaging marketing campaigns to showcase and promote your property.

With an extensive background in social media and a keen eye for photography, she knows how to capture the best angles and present every property at its very best.

Growing up in Suffolk, Alice has an excellent knowledge of the local area. Outside of work, you’ll find her enjoying life on land or water, whether sailing with her partner, horse riding, cycling, or keeping up with her five dogs.
