Paul Hubbard MNAEA

Founder

Paul established the business in 2013, he brought with him 10 years’ worth of experience as a senior sales negotiator and valuer and went on to establish the leading estate agents in Lowestoft. He strives to continuously be at the forefront of the property market with his engaging methods of selling your property. As director he has curated the most prominent team of sales and lettings negotiators within Suffolk and has seen the business achieve record sales within Lowestoft year after year. Outside of the office he is a keen football fan and supporter of Leicester city FC so if you’re a sports enthusiast then he’s your man.

Scot Greenwood MNAEA

Sales Director
Scot has over 20 years’ experience as an estate agent and has been a qualified member of the regulatory body for sales for the majority of this time. Before working for Paul Hubbard, Scot has worked as an office manager at regional estate agencies with branches located in Norfolk and Suffolk. His in-depth knowledge of the East Anglian region combined with his understanding of ever changing capital market conditions, give him a unique understanding of both the local and national market.

Scot is a passionate, family man with four beautiful children and he enjoys a game of golf when he gets time off from his ever busy family life. As well as golf, Scot enjoys running, circuit fit, is a passionate chef and foody. Scot is always embarking upon a new challenges such as circus school and has recently been challenging himself on various physical endeavours – check him out on our social media raising the Paul Hubbard flag in places such as the summit of Ben Nevis!

James Umney-Kennally BSc ANAEA

Operations Manager
With an extensive background in property and finance, James joined the company in 2018 on a short-term basis to improve efficiency and share his experience with the team. He was convinced to stay with the company and took on the role of Operations Manager in order to manage the office, fine tune business processes and grow the business. He has helped the company grow and continue to offer unparalleled service throughout his time here. Outside of the office you can find James visiting beaches on the east coast.

Simone Thurtle MNAEA

Senior Valuer
With over 15 years of experience in the property industry, Simone is our Senior Valuer, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. Her strong work ethic and commitment ensure that clients receive the highest level of professional advice, particularly when it comes to property valuations, where she consistently delivers accurate and reliable insights. Outside of the office, Simone is passionate about fitness and can often be found in the gym. She also enjoys spending quality time with her family, including her husband, Gary, and their children, Charlie, Jasper, and Faith.

Joey Applegate

Sales Valuer/Negotiator
Joey joined our team in 2022 and has quickly advanced to the role of Property Valuer. With a strong commitment to providing clients with honest, professional advice, he has built a reputation for his thorough expertise and attention to detail. Outside of work, Joey enjoys playing golf and watching films, always seeking ways to balance his professional and personal passions.

Andrew has been with us since 2020 as a Senior Sales Negotiator. With extensive experience in the property industry, he combines his expert sales skills with a sharp eye for detail to help clients navigate their moving journey with ease. Outside of work, Andrew is passionate about rock climbing and maintaining his personal fitness.

Louisa Richmond

Sales negotiator
Louisa joined us in 2024 as a Sales Negotiator after spending a year travelling across Asia. With a passion for helping clients achieve their dream moves, Louisa brings a personal touch to every step of the moving process, ensuring each client feels supported and valued throughout their journey. Outside of work, Louisa has a keen interest in music and enjoys socialising with friends, making the most of her time with those closest to her.

Lizzie Stanley MNAEA

After Sales Progressor

Lizzie joined us as a Sales Negotiator, bringing a strong set of interpersonal skills from outside the property industry. Her ability to connect with clients and her dedication to delivering excellent service quickly saw her progress to Senior Sales Negotiator. After taking a short break to spend quality time with her son, Solly, we were thrilled when Lizzie agreed to rejoin the company in 2024. With a passion for travel and dance, Lizzie has explored the world while pursuing her love for dancing. Outside of work, she enjoys making lasting memories with her son, Solly, cherishing every moment they share together.

Jolene joined our Sales team as our Sales Support extraordinaire! Jolene came from a long career in management and gave it all up to follow her dreams travelling the world solo for a year! As our office adrenaline junkie, Jolene will stop at nothing to get you your dream home and all whilst offering unrivalled customer service! Since joining she has proved continuously that showing passion for property is what matters. Outside of the office Jolene has hung up her backpack to become a dedicated mum, loving family life.

Dawn Mailley

Lettings Manager

With over 28 years’ experience in the lettings industry, Dawn brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every aspect of property rental. A proud Member of ARLA since 1998, she has an in-depth understanding of the legal responsibilities of landlords and offers clear, practical advice on everything from tenancy management to buy-to-let investments, including what to buy and where.

Dawn joined us in 2025, bringing with her a proven track record of developing successful lettings departments and delivering outstanding customer service. Her passion for property, attention to detail, and commitment to helping both landlords and tenants enjoy a smooth, stress-free experience make her a valued part of our team.

Outside of work, Dawn enjoys line dancing and spending time with her family, including her ten wonderful grandchildren. She’s also often creating beautiful celebration cakes and irresistible chocolate treats. When she’s not busy in the kitchen, she loves relaxing with her partner and their much-loved dog (who usually gets most of the attention!).

Fay is part of our thriving lettings team, She brought with her over 5 years’ worth of management experience along with 10 years of working with the hospitality industry. The skillset that she has brought to the Lettings department is one of guaranteed customer satisfaction, she will strive to make sure every property is managed efficiently from start to finish. Outside of the Paul Hubbard office Fay enjoys spending time with her growing family and gorgeous dog Archie! She is currently underway with her first home renovation too so if you are wanting to talk home interiors, she’s your girl!

Rachel began her journey with us as a Sales Negotiator, quickly working her way up to Sales Manager. Drawing on her extensive experience in property sales, she later transitioned her expertise to lead our marketing team. With a deep understanding of how to effectively sell a property and an artistic flair, Rachel excels at creating engaging and compelling adverts that showcase each property to its fullest potential. Bethany began her journey with the company in our lettings team as a Property Manager.
